EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

• Free shipping for order over $199,
• Exchange must be postmarked with 30 days of original order date
• Item(s) returned for exchange ( restore credit ) will incur an 18% restocking fee
• The products items must not have been worn, washed, dried, or stained in any way,
• All shipping costs must be prepaid by the party returning the merchandises (i.e. the customer)
• Incorrect addresses and return to SENDER Packages: may be subject to an additional $14 charge, make sure to provide the address correctly
• Defective items: if there is a problem with your order, please contact (customer service ) Mongkol Muay Thai in 30 days of original order date, we are focused on high products & services.
• RETURN RESTRICTIONS: Custom designed gloves, Muay Thai shorts are not eligible for exchanges or return**

We ship by EMS, UPS, FedEx depending on your location

1. STANDARD SHIPPING: 6-8 business days
2. FLAT RATE SHIPPING: 7-30 business days For flat rate shipping method we offer free shipping over $199

Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit them at these times, this is outside our control.
Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday

Packed: once ‘packed’ orders may not be changed or canceled. We offer a 30 day to exchange policy
